All Newlook Design offers AutoCAD Drafting service for Commercial foodservice facility Projects.

We Provide Designers, architectural firms, General contractors, custom fabricators, Equipment Dealers and restaurant owners with a complete drawing package for there commercial kitchen project.

Our services include:

· Equipment Plan, Notes and Equipment list
· Dimensional Electrical Plan, Details, Notes and Schedule
· Dimensional Plumbing Plan, Details, Notes and Schedule
· Dimensional Special Conditions Plan, Notes and Details
· Complete Manufacturer’s Equipment CutSheets for the equipment specified

We don’t offer commercial kitchen design or specify equipments; our service is for drafting an existing design only.


As an example:

- Architectural Firms & General Contractors:
We provide all cutsheets and rough-in dimension plans if the engineers won’t provide it and at a fraction of the cost if it will be provided by the engineers

- Custom Fabricators:
We provide custom fabricator with a detail submittal drawings for there use or to be approved by there customers prior to fabrication.

- Equipment dealers:
We provide Equipment plans and rough-in dimension plans for your contract project, we also provide elevation drawing of a serving or cooking line if needed.

- Restaurant Owners:
The health department request two copies of the restaurant layout drawing and equipment’s cutsheets to be submitted for review with any permit application, we provide restaurant’s owners with this information when needed.

NOTE: We don’t submit or apply for the permit on behalf of the owner; we only provide the layout and the cutsheets
