We are a respected internationally acclaimed professional laptop sales, service, repairs and support organization.
Due to our rapid growth we immediately need a highly motivated person to fill a Customer Service/Representative position. This individual has responsibility for scheduling, receiving and filing requests from customers, sometimes writing up repair orders for customers, accepting customer payments for their laptop/accessories and generally attending to customers, all of which will be online from your PC.
This individual must have, above all, excellent customer relationship skills and possess a friendly, respectful manner of communication that is exhibited every day regardless of the level of activity that may be going on around her/him. A basic understanding of computer operating system would be helpful, particularly good computer experience.
This is a part-time position which comes with maximum flexibility as you could work from the comfort of your home or P.C.
